Jelena Wessels combines corporate communications with digital transformation expertise. As a project manager at a digital strategy consultancy with design and IT capabilities, she was responsible for projects for clients in the tech sector and supported digital transformation processes in complex corporate environments. In parallel, she founded her own start-up focused on inclusion and digitalization, aiming to foster structured dialogue between people with disabilities and corporate decision-makers through workshops and seminars. She also supported start-ups in financial and investor relations communications and contributed to business plan development.
Her focus lies in developing strategic communication concepts for complex change scenarios – particularly in crisis and change communications, CEO positioning, and infrastructure communications. In her previous role at Marc Cyrus Vogel Communications, she conducted crisis simulations as part of an integrated approach to preparing for exceptional communication situations.
Jelena studied journalism and corporate communications with a focus on media and communication management at HMKW Frankfurt.
